Mommies, discover your radiance again!

I'm copy-pasting this from my friend's Facebook wall because she needs mommies to join...

The Unilab Radiance Project!

Radiance is happiness that comes from within and shines through every aspect of a woman’s life. But with today’s daily grind of concerns, responsibilities and expectations, it has become quite a challenge for women to find and let their ra
diance out.

Unilab, the country's leading and health and wellness company, is inviting moms to be part of a journey to bring out their innately radiant, beautiful selves.

The Unilab Radiance Project takes 100 moms to a 100-day journey with 100 steps towards radiance.

Through an intensive and progressive series of activities for the body, mind and spirit, the Unilab Radiance Project hopes for moms to regain their radiance, so they can discover and enjoy more things to love about being a mom.

After all, Unilab strongly believes that a healthy family starts with a radiantly healthy mom.

The deadline is tomorrow, Thursday!!! So if you think you want to be radiant again, decide fast and email your details to Miles!

I told Miles that I wish I could be part of this project. I've been feeling like my radiance has dimmed considerably since the end of my maternity leave, what with juggling infant, toddler, work, online business with the hubby, household, birthday and christening... etc etc ad infinitum! But my schedule's pretty packed until I don't know when so I don't know how I can ever fit in "an intensive and progressive series of activities for the body, mind and spirit" at all!

Well, I'll just eat more healthy, exercise a bit, meet my mommy friends weekly for our prayer and Bible study, spend more quality (a.k.a. romantic!) time with my husband, and adore my two little boys. Like, really be present in the wonderful gifts my life's been blessed with. I should really stop moaning and groaning about how exhausted I am, how there's no time for anything, la di da di da. My life is amazing. My face and body should radiate that!
